SECURI-WALL precast panels and columns are designed to withstand heavy impact, making them highly resistant to vandalism, intrusion attempts and extreme weather conditions. Our walls have a 2-hour fire rating with 30mm concrete coverings. The solid construction of precast concrete walls acts as a strong deterrent against intruders and helps maintain a secure environment.
Rapid Installation
Compared to traditional walling, precast concrete security walling offers faster installation times. The panels and columns are prefabricated off-site, they can be manufactured concurrently with site preparation work. Once ready, the precast panels and columns are transported to the site and installed efficiently with minimal staff on site. How SECURI-WALL Works
Precast concrete security walls offer advantages such as durability, resistance to weathering and impact as well as ease of maintenance. With their modular nature, our walling system allows for efficient customisation, enabling the manufacturing of walls with heights of up to 3.6m. The length of one walling segment measures up to 10m from the centre of one column to the centre of the next column.

Design and Planning
Engineers and architects work together with the Echo Group to create a detailed plan for the security walling system. We use an SG (Surveyor-General) Diagram and contour drawings of the site before we begin our detailed planning.
Manufacturing
Once the design is finalised, the manufacturing of the precast concrete panels and columns begins. One concrete slab panel is 150mm in depth and 8.7m in length. The concrete columns are made 3.6m in height and 1.5m in width. Our walls have 30mm concrete coverings, which is 20% more than the standard which makes them extra resistant to fire and other heavy impact.
Transportation and Installation
After the panels and columns are manufactured, they are transported to the construction site. Cranes are used to lift and position the panels and columns into place, and are securely connected to form a continuous walling system.

Site Preparation
Preparation of the site for the security wall and columns comes next, ensuring it meets the required specifications. This involves clearing the site and excavating the foundation trenches (if the option of below-ground column foundations are chosen).
