Mini Factories

Unit Type AM (mini factories):

Typically 10m x 24.7m (247m² footprint) with a 72m² mezzanine, thus, 319m² usable space.

  • Building dimensions can be adjusted to suit the client's requirements, for example, this unit can easily increase to 11m x 27.7m (305m² footprint) with a 83m² mezzanine, thus, 388m² usable area.

  • The building length can be increased or decreased to suit the clients requirements.

  • The design allows for a 4.2m high roll-up door and 4m high concrete perimeter walls all around.

  • Windows and ventilation can be incorporated per clients requirements.

Agricultural Units

Unit Type C & CM (agricultural units):

  • Typically this unit is 10m x 18.2m (182m² footprint) and can easily increase to 10m x 20m (200m² footprint)

    • Thus it is ideal for secure storage for large items such as farming equipment, a entire horse and trailer truck will fit into this structure.

    • This unit also has 4m high concrete walls.

    • The roller shutter door will typically be a 4m x 4m door, but a custom door can be fitted to client requirements.

  • This lockable structure can be erected in 3 weeks after site establishment, excluding surface bed, electrical and possible plumbing.

Garage Units

Unit Type D (garage units):

  • Typical dimensions are 7 x 10m (70m² footprint) which can easily be increased to 8 x 11m (88m² footprint)

  • Walls are typically 3m high and can be increased to 4m high to suit customers requirements.

  • Two 3m x 3m garage doors are included and a pedestrian side door can be included if required.

  • It is possible to finish the exterior wall panels with cladding should the client wish to do so.

  • This structure typically costs the same as building a double garage, however, it can be erected in less than 3 weeks.

We can offer council drawings should this be required.

Airplane Hangars

Airplane Hangars:

A combination of high-strength precast concrete and steel roof trusses is used for construction:

  • 150mm thick 50MPa concrete wall panels up to 8.5m wide.

  • 150mm thick 40MPa concrete columns up to 6m tall.

  • Precast concrete foundations.

  • Steel roof structure & IBR roof sheets to the client’s specification.

  • Roller shutter, tilt up or sliding steel doors can be installed.

All walls and columns carry a 2-hour fire rating and steel support will be designed to comply with local council requirements.

We offer a turnkey solution:

The client prepares the site, i.e. prepares the platform at the correct level, as well as fit all services such as drainage and electrical connections.

 

  • Our turnkey solution includes:

    • Civil work for all the column foundation footings, as well as the trenching between columns.

    • Placement of precast concrete foundations, columns and wall panels.

    • Backfill and compact around columns and walls.

    • Fitting of steel beams and columns to support the mezzanine slab.

    • Supply and fitting of roof trusses, purlins, roof sheeting, insulation and gutters.

    • We can also fit the roller shutter door and pedestrian entrance if required.

  • All the above can be completed in less than 4 weeks from site establishment – therefore a lockable structure is possible within 4 weeks. This is around 2.5x faster than conventional construction and it comes at a similar price.

  • All our work is certified by a structural engineer and we prepare engineers drawings.

  • If required we can assist with council submission drawings as well.

 

  • Our service excludes:

    • Electrical & plumbing

    • Internal brick walls or dry walls for offices and ablutions

    • Concrete surface bed

    • Finishes
