A More Secure Tomorrow
Our story began in 1983, with Echo Floors manufacturing traditional reinforced hollow-core slabs used mostly for small residential houses and townhouses.
In 1995, Echo Prestress was born supplying prestressed hollow-core slabs to the commercial and industrial market, and large townhouse developments.
Topfloor joined the Echo Group in 1997.
In 2006, Echo Prestress expanded and established a branch in Durban supplying a diverse market sector.
A few years ago, the Echo Group saw a gap in the market for high-end security walling and decided to use their patented stalwart concrete panels in an easy and innovative walling application to pioneer a new and unparalleled mammoth concrete walling system.
Since then, Alpha Construction became our turnkey solution for our walling systems. They prepare the site, they complete the civil work and they position the panels and columns.

Solutions
A step-in wall of maximum 300mm will be allowed to cope with the slope in ground levels, thereafter columns will need to be spaced closer. For projects on a steep incline we will use steel columns or an in-situ concrete column instead of our precast SECURI-WALL columns.
